BARBECUED BRISKET 
Brisket
1 (4 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
1 (19 oz.) bottle BBQ sauce
Brown sugar
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Celery salt

Sprinkle both sides of brisket heavily with salt and liquid smoke. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 7 hours. Pour off everything, add BBQ sauce and brown sugar heavily. Bake again at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Can also be cooked in a crock pot.
