RIBS (7 LBS. RIBS) 
3 tsp. smoke
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed

Sprinkle ribs with liquid smoke, brown well and pour off grease. Add sauce and bake until tender.
