SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
20-25 wings
1 c. water
1 c. soy sauce, Kikkomen
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger

Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut wings in half. Mix all ingredients and pour over wings. Stir to coat wings. Cover and refrigerate for about 24 hours. Stir a couple times during the 24 hours.

Place wings on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown and tender.
