GRANDMA CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Add pineapple and eggs. Beat and pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and walnuts before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost hot cake.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Pet milk

Combine frosting ingredients in saucepan. Bring to full boil. Pour slowly over hot cake. Serve warm or cold.
