BEEF & NOODLES 
1 pkg. round steak or sirloin
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water (use empty soup can)

Cut steak in 1/2-inch strips, removing all fat and bone. Place meat in skillet, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add onion. Brown lightly, stirring often. Add soy sauce, one can of soup and 3/4 can of water. Cook in the skillet on low until meat is tender and gravy is thickened.

Serve this over egg noodles or rice.
