COCONUT CAKE 
1 cake mix
1 Jello vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil, beat 4 minutes
1 1/4 c. coconut

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 c. strawberry jam
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. coconut

Put the strawberry jam between layers.
