1 lg. can pineapple juice
6 oz. can orange juice
6 oz. can lemonade concentrate
3 c. water
2 c. sugar

Take 3 cups water and 2 cups sugar and boil. Let cool. Then mix rest of ingredients and freeze. When frozen take out, scoop into glasses and pour 7-Up over.
