SEA FOAM PEAR SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 med. can pears
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Heat juice of pears and add dry Jello. Stir until dissolved. Blend juice/Jello, pears, and cream cheese in blender. Whip cream separately. Fold whipped cream into Jello mixture with spoon or spatula. Place in mold and chill. When removing mold, set in warm (not hot) water, as mold melts easily.
