MOCK STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE OR
JIGGLER CAKE
 
1 prepared angel food cake
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

1. Brush the brown from the prepared angel food cake then break up into pieces and place in bowl or mold.

2. Prepare Jello as directed and add the strawberries then pour over cake allowing the Jello to somewhat absorb into cake.

3. Refrigerate until jelled.

4. Serve with whipped cream or plain.
