BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. (one chopped one spears) broccoli 1/2 c. butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tube crushed Ritz crackers Melt 1/4 cup butter with Velveeta cheese. Mix this with the cooked, drained broccoli. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers. Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over top. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven, uncovered. (Craig married Cathy just so he could get this recipe.) |
