1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 3/4 c. flour

Mix butter, sugar and egg white thoroughly. Measure flour. Stir in flour. Chill. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Press dough into molds very thin. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Tap molds on table to loosen cookies. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
