GINGER BASTING SAUCE (FOR
CHICKEN)
 
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. minced ginger root
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or use a blender. Marinate chicken pieces for an hour, stirring frequently to distribute flavors. Brush on chicken as it grills.
