POLYNESIAN STEAK KABOBS 
1 round or shoulder steak, 1 1/2 lb. cut 1" thick
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. ground ginger
Bell peppers, cut into 1 1/4" squares
Whole mushrooms
1 can boiled onions
Cherry tomatoes, optional

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Mix together next 6 ingredients. Marinate meat in this mixture overnight. Remove meat from marinade. Thread meat, pepper, mushrooms and onions onto skewer. Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes, on each side.
