PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 c. peanuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt syrup and sugar. Mix well, add salt and peanuts. Cook on medium heat to hard crack, 300-310 degrees. Stir the whole time. As soon as it hits hard crack turn off heat. Remove and immediately add baking soda. Mix well. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Cool and crack in pieces.
