1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 8"x8" pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
