FISH WITH ALMONDS 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 lb. frozen fish, thawed (cod, flounder or sole)
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Melt butter in a skillet. Add fish and cook for 10 minutes. Remove fish to a heated platter. Put remaining ingredients in the pan and heat. Pour over fish. Serve with fried rice and a tossed salad.
