DILLED OKRA BRINE 
1 qt. water
1 pt. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
1 clove garlic
1 head dill

Heat to boil 1 quart water, 1 pint vinegar and 1/2 cup salt. Place at bottom of jar, 1 clove garlic at top of jar and place 1 head dill.
