TURKEY ENCHILADAS | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. chicken broth or water 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 6 tortillas 1 c. turkey or chicken cooked and chopped 1/2 c. onions, chopped 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Mix soup, broth and chilies and set aside. Soften tortillas according to package directions. Mix turkey and onion together and put about 2 tablespoons of turkey mixture in center of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Place each rolled tortilla in a shallow baking dish, close together, seam side down. Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
