NAOMI'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. boned chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3 diced, hard boiled eggs
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Return for 10 minutes or until chips are brown. Serves 6.
