MEAT PIE 
4 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. water
6 c. diced potatoes, cooked
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 can peas
6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned & cut up

Cook chicken in salted water (water just to cover chicken); then bone and cut it up, setting broth aside to use for gravy. Mix Bisquick and water, divide in half. Roll out to line the bottom of a 9"x13"x2" pan. Then alternate chicken, potatoes, celery, onions and peas. Sprinkle pepper on top. Roll out second half of dough and place on top, closing it up by pinching all the edges shut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
