CHERRY DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 container (12 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping
1 can (19 oz.) cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly in the bottom of a baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese. Fold in topping and mix well. Spoon filling into crust, refrigerate to set. Spread cherry pie filling on top of pie and refrigerate 24 hours.
