RHUBARB SURPRISE PIE | |
1 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. milk 3 c. diced rhubarb 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin 1/2 c. unsifted flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. melted butter Sift together first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk. Mix. Press into greased pie plate (9 inches). Put in rhubarb. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
