ANGEL FOOD CAKE TOPPING 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind

Cook over hot water in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream which has been whipped. Serve over slices of angel food cake.
