BASIC:

2 pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream

Put lime jello in bowl; add boiling water and stir. Stir in pineapple and juice; stir in sour cream. Fills ring mold.

SEASONAL TRIMS:

Sm. jar red maraschino cherries
Jar red spiced crab apples

For Christmas: Let thicken. Apply 4 groups with 3 cherries to group. Press gently just enough to stay in place. Looks like a wreath of holly berries.

For Thanksgiving: Fill center of green jello ring with red spiced crab apples (may leave stems on).
