MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST 
2 c. 7-UP or Sprite
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
Garlic sauce

Refrigerate chicken breast in marinate at least 8 hours. The longer it marinates the less cooking time it takes.

To grill: Low heat for 10 minutes on one side, turn and cook 10 minutes. When meat is white all the way through, it is done.

To stir fry: Cut marinated chicken or turkey into finger pieces. Stir fry with green peppers and onions, cooking time approximately 5 minutes on high heat.
