TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
Butter
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 sm. jar whole carrots
1 can mushrooms, drained

Saute zucchini, onion and celery in butter. Add the turkey, carrots and mushrooms.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. white wine
1/3 c. chicken broth (bouillon cube)
1 can chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme

Simmer the wine and chicken broth; add remaining ingredients. Place all ingredients in casserole dish and mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
