CHICKEN CHILI | |
1 pkg. (4) chicken breasts, boneless 3 cloves garlic 1/2 onion, chopped 1 or 2 green or red bell peppers (optional) 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 1/2 c. picante sauce 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt Cut chicken in chunks and cook in olive oil with onion and green peppers until chicken is cooked. Mix the remaining ingredients in a pot. Stir in the chicken. Cook on medium for 20 minutes. |
