SPINACH-PARMESAN CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, and set aside. Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan until tender; remove from heat. Add spinach and remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: about 6 servings. |
