B & J'S FRIED RICE 
1 box brown rice
4-5 slices bacon
4 eggs
Soy sauce
4-6 green onions

Cook brown rice according to box directions and set aside. In electric skillet, fry bacon. Set bacon aside but leave drippings in skillet. Put cooked rice in skillet and cook on low heat.

When rice is warmed through, add soy sauce to your taste. When warmed through, make reservoir in center of pan and crack eggs into it. Cook the eggs well, then mix into the rest of the rice. Crumble bacon into the rice. Before serving, slice up green onions and mix into rice.
