QUICK CORN PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. 8 oz. can cream style corn

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter on cookie sheet. (Use 3/4 stick of butter.) Mix Bisquick and corn together until well blended. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake until set.
