FRESH FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 c. white grape juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 pt. whole strawberries, hulled
2 c. seedless green grapes
2 c. honeydew melon balls
2 c. cantaloupe balls
1 c. blueberries

Combine fruits with grape juice. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serves 12.
