HAMBURGER CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

Lightly grease 2 (8-inch) pie pans or one large pie pan. Cook beef and onions until brown. Drain and add salt and pepper. Spread into pans. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef and cheese. Cook at 400°F for 30 minutes.
