HAMBURGER CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

Lightly grease 2 (8-inch) pie plates. Cook beef and onions until brown. Drain and add salt and pepper. Spread evenly into pans. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef and cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
