MYSTERY DESSERT | |
1 stick butter, melted 1 c. flour, plain 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. Cool Whip (from lg. container) 1 c. confectioners' sugar 2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Watch closely. Cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and confectioners' sugar. Mix until smooth and spread gently over crust. Mix 2 packages instant chocolate pudding, following directions except leave out 1 cup of milk. (Total of 3 cups.) Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover pudding with the remaining Cool Whip and grate bitter chocolate over top. Put into refrigerator overnight. Delicious! |
