BUFFALO PIE 
1 c. cubed, cooked buffalo
2/3 c. diced carrots
2/3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. gravy (1 beef bouillon cube with 1/2 c. water from vegetables)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 recipe for rich biscuit dough

Cook vegetables in boiling salted water until almost tender. Drain, saving 1/2 cup liquid make gravy with butter, flour and beef bouillon. Add meat and vegetables. Heat to boiling. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cut biscuits and arrange on top. Bake in hot oven 425 degrees F. or 218 degrees C. for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the biscuits.
