AMBROSIA CAKE 
CAKE:

1 (2 layer size) lemon or yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges and juice from can; beat together by hand until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven, preheated, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in the pan. Stir whipped topping, crushed pineapple and dry pudding. Mix together until well blended. Spread on cooled cake. 18 to 20 servings.
