SHRIMP & WILD RICE | |
1 (10 oz.) frozen shrimp 1 box long grain & wild rice 1 chopped onion 1 chopped green pepper 1 c. mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 lb. Velveeta (cut up) Prepare shrimp and rice to directions. Saute onion and green pepper. Combine all other ingredients and add onion and green pepper. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
