CHEDDAR CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine Jello and water. Heat and stir until Jello is dissolved. Beat in sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in undrained pineapple. Chill until partly set. Fold in cheese. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce.
