PICNIC - PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
1/4 lb. mini marshmallows

1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten

Take juice from pineapple and last ingredients and cook until thick. When cool, add to pineapple, cheese and marshmallows. Mix well and chill.
