LOW CALORIE MAYONNAISE 
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. salad oil

Beat eggs, salt, paprika and mustard in top of double boiler. Add lemon juice and milk. Cook over hot water until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add oil; chill. Makes 1 cup. 20 calories per tablespoon.
