KROMESKIES 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Angoshira aromatic bitters
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 lb. diced bacon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2/3 c. milk
oil

Combine first 6 ingredients with 2 eggs in a bowl, mixing well. Divide into 12 equal portions, shape each into a log and wrap with bacon to enclose completely. Combine flour, marjoram, milk and remaining 2 eggs in bowl, beating until smooth. Dip each log in batter. Fry in 1/2 deep hot oil until bacon is brown and crisp. Serve on toasted frankfurter buns with ketchup and onion, tomato and pickle slices.
