RICE KRISPIES CARAMEL BARS 
8 c. Rice Krispies
2 pkgs. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 packages marshmallows. Place 4 cups of Rice Krispies into 2 separate bowls. Pour 1/2 of melted marshmallows over 4 cups Rice Krispies. Keep the rest of marshmallow mixture warm. Press into buttered 9"x13" pan. Pour 1/2 package marshmallows over bottom layer in the pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter, caramels and condensed milk together. Pour over marshmallows. Mix the rest of the marshmallow mixture with Rice Krispies and pat over caramel mixture.
