MEXICAN CHILI FOR FIFTY 
13 lbs. hamburger, browned
1/2 lb. suet
2 oz. unsweetened cooking chocolate
3 oz. salt
3 oz. chili powder
2 qts. tomato puree
1 lb. chopped onion
Water to make 12 1/2 qt. volume
6 oz. flour

Simmer three hours. Add 6 ounces flour made into paste and continue cooking until flour has had time to cook. Serves about 50 people. Good to make up and put in freezer.
