CARROT CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 can pecans Mix dry ingredients together. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs (beat good). Add to dry ingredients. Put in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Mix good. Bake at 350-375 degrees until dough doesn't pull out when tested with toothpick. |
