MAGIC MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (12-16 oz.) carton Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb. (4 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine Ricotta, egg, pepper. Spread about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce or bottom of 8x10 glass pan. Place 3 raw noodles on top of sauce. Spread another 1 cup of sauce over noodles. Spread 1/2 of Ricotta mixture next, then 1/2 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella.

Top with last 3 noodles, rest of sauce, Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at full power 8 minutes, turning once during cooking.

Reduce power setting to medium low and microwave 25 minutes or until noodles are tender. Turn 2 or 3 times. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Carefully open plastic wrap to allow steam to escape.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
