HOT WASSAIL 
3 oranges
3 lemons
1 1/2 qt. water
1/2 oz. cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1/2 c. sugar
1 gallon apple cider

Squeeze oranges and lemons. Set juice aside. Place orange and lemon rinds in large kettle with water, cinnamon sticks and allspice. Simmer for 2 hours. Remove rinds and spices. Add sugar and cider. Bring to boiling point. Serve hot.
