STRAWBERRY YOGURT DESSERT 
3 c. Kix cereal, crushed about 1 1/2 c.
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed and drained (reserve
liquid)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) container vanilla-flavored yogurt 2 c.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cereal, butter and sugar; press firmly in bottom of ungreased 8x8x2 inch square pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Sprinkle gelatin over reserved strawberry liquid; let stand 1 minute. Pour boiling water over gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved; cool completely.

Place strawberries in blender or food processor and blend on high speed until smooth. Mix gelatin mixture, yogurt and vanilla until smooth; stir in strawberries until well blended. Pour over crust. Refrigerate uncovered until set, about 4 hours. Serve. About 9 servings.
