SUPER STEAK 
3/4 inch or thicker cut round steak

MARINADE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 mashed cloves garlic
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root (or 1/8 tsp. dry ginger)
2 tbsp. sherry

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate steak 4-12 hours in refrigerator. Steak may then be broiled or grilled over charcoal. The longer you marinate, the more tender the steak, up to 12 hours.
