3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. flavoring (mint or lemon)
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Food coloring (yellow or green)

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Mix small amounts of powdered sugar with the cream cheese, flavoring and food coloring. Have a leaf or a rose mold. First touch mold with candy mix. Then after each leaf is done, brush with sugar. Sugar mold before making each flower.
