3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
2 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Cream cheese and add coloring and flavoring. Add sugar gradually. Knead until like pie dough. Roll into small balls; dip one side into colored sugar. Place sugar side down into mold. Press from edge to center. Unmold onto wax paper.
